特征特性:G+,菌體長桿、短桿,不規(guī)則形狀,不運動。液體培養(yǎng)混濁。液化明膠,無色素。發(fā)酵葡萄糖、乳糖和淀粉,不發(fā)酵蔗糖和山梨醇。接觸酶陽性,發(fā)酵乳酸和丙酸。厭氧。牛奶反應還原。最適生長溫度30℃。利用硝酸鹽。
具體用途:產維生素B12。以葡萄糖為原料生產丙酸。
