描述：Hs 578T細胞株源自乳房癌。 它與正常成纖維細胞樣細胞株Hs 578Bst起源于同一位患者。 Hs 578T細胞株最初是多角形的，但在傳代過程中選擇并克隆了星形的細胞形態(tài)。 電鏡下觀察到酪蛋白顆粒聚集，橋粒，緊密連接，脂質(zhì)體和光滑內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)小泡。 與Hs 578Bst一樣，未檢測到雌激素受體和內(nèi)生病毒。
