描述：YAC-1是一個(gè)淋巴瘤，將Moloney白血病病毒(MLV)接種到新生A/Sn小鼠中生成。 細(xì)胞對(duì)NK細(xì)胞的活動(dòng)敏感，對(duì)NK細(xì)胞活性檢測(cè)十分有用。 檢測(cè)表明肢骨發(fā)育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
